Al Ain is the fourth largest city in the United Arab Emirates and is home to many expatriates. Now, thanks to the Municipality of Al Ain, non-Muslims will are served by a newly built crematorium and cemetery approximately 15 kilometres from Al Ain.
Having visited the site and staff, Treske then designed and manufactured bespoke oak crematoria furniture, inlcuding seating, an altar, lectern, reading desk, pulpit, memorial bookcase, a 2 metre high wall mounted cross, communion silverware, hymnbooks and even a clock, all for a crematorium chapel designed to serve all denominations. Furniture for waiting areas for Hindi funerals, offices and meeting rooms included tables and desks, beds and night tables for watchmen and security personnel was also made.
The Treske lightweight stacking chair was chosen with 212 installed in the crematorium chapel. The lightweight stacking chairs were made in beech wood stained to an oak finish.
This beautifully furnished facility provided Treske with an exciting opportunity to furnish an overseas crematorium with quality crematorium furniture.
Treske supplied Howe 40/4 upholstered chairs and seating, also designing and making bespoke crematorium furniture consisting of a bariatric catafalque, frontals, reader, AV controls, console table, cross, flower stands and memorial bookcase, along with curtains and tracking for the committal area.
Arthur Peake Funeral Services commissioned new Treske Chapel seating and reader.
VA Peterson commissioned new Treske Chapel Chairs and Chair frontals for their new Funeral Chapel in Cwmbran.
