Designed for St Deiniols Library Chapel in its non stacking form the chair is shown here as stacking with an upholstered seat. The narrower lower back rail gives this chair an elegance in either stacking or non stacking form. With the upholstered seat versions customers choose from a wide range of fabrics. Chairs can also be fitted with rush seats. Find out more about these chairs and their use at the St Deiniols Library Case Study.

Treske of Thirsk were selected to provide new oak seating to replace the old pine pews, using a mixture of rush seated oak chairs, folding chairs and benches.
The late Victorian style of the original building is evoked in its interior detailing and was the source of inspiration for the specially made chairs and wall-hung book cases commissioned from Treske.
Nearly 300 bespoke oak chairs made by Treske have replaced the old pews in the nave of Ripon Cathedral, and are now also being used in the choir.
